SHIPPING & RETURNS
DISPATCH TIME
For standard delivery, orders placed Monday to Thursday will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday will be processed the following business day.
For express delivery, orders must be placed prior to 2pm AEST Monday to Thursday.
During sale periods please allow additional days for the processing of your order.
All items are shipped from our distribution center in Victoria.
WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We ship to Australia, New Zealand, United States and the United Kingdom.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
For all orders over $80AUD within Australia, we offer free standard shipping. Standard shipping for $10.95AUD for orders under $80AUD, and express shipping for $12.45AUD.
For all orders over $150AUD internationally, we offer free standard shipping. Standard shipping for $25AUD for orders under $150AUD, and express shipping for $45AUD.
RETURNS
If you have changed your mind and the product is unopened, you may return products purchased on cropskincare.com to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
We unfortunately cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. The exception to this is if:
- The product is deemed faulty.
- You have experienced a negative skin reaction within 30 days of purchase (imagery of the reaction will be required).
Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund unless they are deemed faulty.
